Working with our partners, Voxiva provides a range of services to help ensure that solutions are deployed successfully and keep operating successfully. Every organization is different and our solutions and platform can be tailored to fit the unique needs of yours. Simple deployments of our standard solutions can be deployed virtually immediately with little or no professional services support. More complex solutions generally involve more extensive professional services support and longer implementation timelines.

Our goal is to help you achieve success quickly and give your organization the tools and abilities to manage and improve your solution going forward.

Professional Services

Voxiva's team of seasoned professionals will assist you in planning your solution and project managing the implementation.

Design: Our systems analysts will work with your team to analyze your business processes, help refine your requirements and develop a detailed solution design.

Configuration: Our configuration team will configure one of our standard solutions or our core mConnect platform to meet your requirements.

Testing: Before system launch, our quality assurance team will complete exhaustive testing of the solution to ensure its proper functioning.

Training: Our training staff will develop a training plan and training materials to train your team on the Voxiva solution. Training is generally focused at three levels:

  • End-user training
  • Manager training
  • System administrator training

Post Launch Services

Once the solution is launched, our goal is to hand over the ongoing management of the solution to your team. We continue to host and monitor the solution on a 24x7 basis and provide you with 24x7 customer support, but the customer team takes on the responsibility for managing and enhancing the solution using the mConnect platform's web-based tools. Our ongoing services include:

Robust & Secure Hosting
Voxiva has invested in robust and secure data centers around the world to host solutions developed on the mConnect platform. These data centers deliver world-class security and reliability. Servers are backed up continually to ensure effective disaster recovery. Since multiple customers leverage the same infrastructure, the cost to customers is far lower than building and maintaining infrastructure in-house.

24x7 Application and Network Monitoring
As a service provider, we are responsible for keeping our customers' applications running 24 hours a day, every day of the year. All deployed systems are monitored 24x7x365 from our Global Network Operations Center (GNOC). Any interruptions in service are detected immediately and escalated until they are resolved.

24x7 Customer Support
Voxiva's customer support staff is available 24x7 to respond to customer concerns and help them get the most out of the mConnect platform. Customers can select varying levels of customer support according to their needs.
