Working with our partners, Voxiva provides a range of services to help ensure that
solutions are deployed successfully and keep operating successfully. Every
organization is different and our solutions and platform can be tailored to
fit the unique needs of yours. Simple deployments of our standard solutions
can be deployed virtually immediately with little or no professional services
support. More complex solutions generally involve more extensive professional
services support and longer implementation timelines.
Our goal is to help you achieve success quickly and give your organization the
tools and abilities to manage and improve your solution going forward.
We and our partners provide a range of services through the deployment life cycle.
Professional Services
Voxiva's team of seasoned professionals will assist you in planning your
solution and project managing the implementation.

Design: Our systems analysts will work with your
team to analyze your business processes, help refine your requirements and develop a detailed
solution design.
Configuration: Our configuration team will
configure one of our standard solutions or our core mConnect platform to meet your
requirements.
Testing: Before system launch, our quality
assurance team will complete exhaustive testing of the solution to ensure its proper
functioning.
Training: Our training staff will develop
a training plan and training materials to train your team on the Voxiva solution. Training
is generally focused at three levels:
- End-user training
- Manager training
- System administrator training

Post Launch Services
Once the solution is launched, our goal is to hand over the ongoing management of
the solution to your team. We continue to host and monitor the solution on a 24x7
basis and provide you with 24x7 customer support, but the customer team takes on
the responsibility for managing and enhancing the solution using the mConnect
