These products offer the ability to present and manage rich interfaces to an end user, across a variety of access methods:

• Voxiva Administration Manager^TM - This is a very core and essential product that enables administration of all product modules, management of system users and roles, data and user access and authorization rules, and system personalization preferences. It also supports registration invitation and conformation, as well as the ability to self-register.
  
  
• Voxiva Dashboard Manager^TM - This product enables a powerful set of features for the creation of numerous levels and types of dashboards, for surfacing functionalities from various products into real-time visualizations for end-users and administrators as a tool for ease of observation and for rapid response. Some illustrative examples are provided later in this document to demonstrate how various product functionalities can be combined to produce very effective tools for management.



• Voxiva Notification Manager^TM - This product offers a consolidated management tool to manage notifications and alerts. These can be selected from a comprehensive list of notification events within each product, as well as from customer configured triggers for various events, and for scheduling and management of reminders.



• Voxiva Communication Manager^TM - This product manages the ability to send and receive messages (surveys, notifications, registration invitations etc.) via multiple channels e.g. web inbox, e-mail, SMS, Handheld client. It also provides a single point for managing all messages (inbox, outbox).
  
  
• Voxiva Content Publisher^TM - This product enables the creation, management and publishing of content for delivery to multiple devices via Voxiva’s Access Products, and further enables syndication editing, management and publishing of news and feeds, and permits subscription models for users to access channels of information content.



• Voxiva Data Manager^TM - This product enables the creation and management of data tables, types and relationships, aggregation of data from multiple data sources, import/export of data in various formats, creation and management of indicators and expressions based on information in the database, and offers pre-configured templates for display of data and indicators through all Voxiva products.



• Voxiva Collaboration Manager^TM - This product enables the creation, management and sharing of documents and document libraries, worksites, events and calendars, discussions and links.
  
  
• Voxiva Map Manager^TM - This product enables the use of Voxiva’s GIS interfaces, for the visualization of maps, layers of location-specific user data, creation and import of shape files and map layers, automatic or manual scaling of data ranges for coloring maps and display of symbols and points, and to coordinate the interface of GIS displays of data from other Voxiva products.
