| TelecomTV NewsDesk Includes "Phones for Health" partnership as One of the Key Highlights at 3GSM, 2007 |

23, February 2007: TelecomTV NewsDesk, which provides new analysis for the ICT sector and which covered the
2007, 3GSM event held Barcelona from 12- 15 February, highlighted the $10 million 'Phones
for Health' public/private partnership as one of the key highlights of this years conference.
3GSM, widely regarded as "the most important event in the entire global telecommunications
industry" this year attracted 55,000 visitors and covered a range of issues across both mobile
communications and entertainment.
During the conference, TelecomTV ran an hourly NewsDesk segment to cover all the events and announcements
but in their event wrap-up program they dedicated almost a third of their time to the 'Phones for Health'
announcement. The segment features coverage of Rob Conway CEO, GSM Association; Phumthuma Nhleko, President
& CEO, MTN Group; Mark Dybill, US Global AIDS Coordinator and Howard Zucker, Assistant Director General,
World Health Organization. The program also features Voxiva's successful TRACnet deployment in Rwanda as
the foundation for the partnership.
