Voxiva does not charge users for any of these services. However users should be aware that standard mobile provider text charges will apply for both inbound and outbound text messaging. Users should consult their mobile provider for these rates.

This applies to all programs both recurring and one-time. If the user has subscribed to multiple programs on the short code they will be presented with a numerical list of the programs they have subscribed to and will be requested to reply with the number that correlates to the program they would like to unsubscribe from. If the user is subscribed to multiple programs and submits the keyword STOP but does not subsequently select one of the options presented then no program will be cancelled.
