VOXIVA ALERTS - 311411
Voxiva Alerts is a program that allows users to obtain both adhoc and regular information about Voxiva. Users can also take advantage of two Voxiva pilot services - Voxiva's BMI Calculator and Voxiva Reminder Service.

Pricing; Message and Data Rates May Apply
Voxiva does not charge users for any of these services. However users should be aware that standard mobile provider text charges will apply for both inbound and outbound text messaging. Users should consult their mobile provider for these rates.

If a user sends this keyword they will receive a onetime message providing the current news updates about Voxiva. PROMPT:
If a user sends this keyword they will be asked to enter a time, a date and a message to receive a text reminder at the stated time and date. For example "Welcome to Voxiva's reminder servicer. Please enter the date you would like the reminder (e.g. for Oct 25, 2008 enter 10252008). Text STOP to 311411 to stop. Text HELP to 311411 for help. Message and Data Rates May Apply"

BMI:
If a user sends this keyword they will be asked 3 questions and then have their Body Mass Index (BMI) calculated. For example "Welcome to the BMI Calculator: Please enter your weight in lbs (e.g. enter 160 for 160 lbs). Text STOP to stop. Text HELP for help. Message and Data Rates May Apply"

OPT_OUT:

STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT:
If a user sends any of these keywords to a particular shortcode all programs running on that shortcode (including surveys, notifications, subscriptions and alerts) and related to that user should be immediately stopped. This applies to all programs both recurring and one-time. If the user has subscribed to multiple programs on the short code they will be presented with a numerical list of the programs they have subscribed to and will be requested to reply with the number that correlates to the program they would like to unsubscribe from. If the user is subscribed to multiple programs and submits the keyword STOP but does not subsequently select one of the options presented then no program will be cancelled.

STOPALL, ENDALL, CANCELALL, UNSUBSCRIBEALL, QUITALL:
If a user sends any of these keywords to a particular shortcode all programs running on that shortcode (including surveys, notifications, subscriptions and alerts) and related to that user should be immediately stopped. This applies to all programs both recurring and one-time. If the user has subscribed to multiple programs on the short code all programs will be stopped.

EXIT:
If a user is in the middle of an active survey they can submit this keyword to exit that survey. Any partial data that was collected will be lost. This will not affect any other programs to any future alerts they have subscribed to.

HELP, HLP:
If a user sends any of these keywords to a particular shortcode they will receive a message detailing the program name, brief description and contact details where they can obtain further support. For example, "For help with Voxiva Text Services visit www.voxiva.com/sms.php or email us at support@voxiva.com. To stop, text STOP. Message and Data Rates May Apply"

Frequency of program service
Alerts and reminders will be scheduled no more than 100 times per user per month.
