Celebrating its 25th Anniversary in 2009, TEPR+ is the premier health IT conference for clinicians, healthcare executives, and HIM and HIT professionals seeking the most innovative, cutting-edge and practical solutions for today's health IT issues.
As the US health industry moves toward adoption of mobile health solutions, lessons can be drawn from experiences in emerging countries, which have been early and rapid adopters of mobile health solutions due to the lack of existing legacy systems and the limited reach of the internet. Paul shares lessons that Voxiva has learned from deploying mHealth solutions in the developing world, and how they could help meet the challenges of implementing mHealth solutions in the US marketplace.
The TEPR+ conference is held annually in Palm Springs, CA and hosted by MRI, Medical Records Institute, a for-profit Boston-based company. 2009 also marks the final conference under the TEPR+ name. Next year's event will be re-named the M-Health conference as a nod to the growing scope of MRI's event over the past quarter century.
