Voxiva’s products are designed and built in a very modular framework called the Voxiva Pyramid PlatformTM, with each product presenting a unique suite of functionalities, and offering interfaces that allow integration with other products and also with 3rd party solutions.
The Pyramid PlatformTM
Voxiva’s Pyramid Platform architecture consists of services that combine to create a global infrastructure, allowing users to interact and transact using multiple access mechanisms (e.g., SMS, phone, fax, email, and Web). These interconnected services are developed once and deployed globally to enable users to access information from anywhere via multiple devices. For example, a questionnaire to monitor infectious diseases in Peru is created once, and instantly available via Web, phone, SMS, or any other access channel. The User Interface is adapted to the specific requirements of the channel through Voxiva’s proprietary, patented technology. Data integrity is maintained, regardless of the user-access method.
