Application
These products encapsulate specialized functionality that leverage Voxiva’s Access and Portal products. They may be used individually or combined for additional functionalities. They include:
- Voxiva Case ManagerTM - This product provides the capability for users to do case management. Case types, workflows and status indicators can be created and case lists can be viewed, sorted and filtered. New cases automatically generate unique case IDs and subsequent interactions automatically update status indicators.
- Voxiva Event ManagerTM - This product enables the organization of events and campaigns, management of participant lists and attributes, event locations and activities, surveys related to events, event communications, event related data management, and for visualization of event information.
- Voxiva Survey ManagerTM - This product enables the creation and management of surveys, including a survey designer and a survey publisher as key product components. The product also enables the creation and management of survey lists, scheduling of surveys, management of user permissions for survey viewing and response, interfacing with Data Manager for the organization of collected survey responses, and with Dashboard Manager for the visualization of survey responses and derived information.
- Voxiva Staff ManagerTM - This product enables the creation and management of staff and personnel profiles, attributes, hierarchies and locations.
- Voxiva Activity ManagerTM - This product enables the creation and management of activities, activity hierarchies, participants, locations, data, forms and surveys, notifications, communications, and visualization. This product seamlessly interfaces with other Voxiva products.
- Voxiva Location ManagerTM - This product enables the creation and management of locations and location types, location and facility profiles, and their geographical attributes.
- Voxiva Contract ManagerTM - This product enables the management of organization and organization types involved in contracts, their relationships, contract details and amounts, assignation of contract amounts to organizations and activities, their timing and inter-relationships, management of multiple currencies within contracts, and the visualization of contract, organization and activity relationships via Map Manager and Dashboard Manager.
- Voxiva Supply ManagerTM - This product enables the management of supplies, inventory management for hierarchical and distributed inventories, management of information about consumable goods, critical event reporting, notification and alerting.
