A key element of Voxiva’s solutions is a multi-channel access functionality, wherein users can access various products through a combination of access channels, including Web, Voice/IVR, SMS, Fax, and a variety of hand-held devices. This capability to deploy functionality through multiple devices is a patented functionality that Voxiva has successfully deployed across the globe in environments where access is often a challenge, and a combination of access methods are called for (e.g., Health workers in Rwanda use a phone interface to call in and report into the system). Organized in a modular fashion, a customer may choose to use one or more access methods, to suit their specific needs.
